Office Fit Out – Milan, Italy
While working for BEAR Project Management, my responsibility as project manger was to make sure that works were completed on time and within budget for our international clients, without sacrifice to quality. The specific project shown here is a 600 m2 office located in the center of Milan (next to the Duomo), with a tender and construction schedule of 5 months for its complete renovation and fit out. To assure the project’s success, my constant communication and coordination between the various members of our international team of consultants and contractors was required. Regular site visits, cost tracking, and reports to the client were also important.
